Every human must have the same strengths and deficiencies in his hearing as well as in deaf children who have a hearing problem which leads to unconfidence and inferiority complex in giving up such make-up skills can make a child more confident because of overdrawing his potential to make-up. The focus of the problems in this study is 1. How does the process to enhance the confidence of a deaf child through the skills of dressing up in the extraordinary school of the branjangan country? Two. What obstacles to improving the confidence of a deaf child are the skills of performing at an extraordinary jember country school? The purpose of this research is: 1. To describe the process of giving deaf children skills through botany skills in braanjangan country, 2. To know and describe the obstacles to improving confidence by applying the skills of deaf children at the extraordinary school in the branjangan country. The methods of this study use a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, in determining subjects using abstract sampling techniques, using data collection of observation, interviews and documentation. In data analysis the three steps are: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Whereas on the validity of data using 2 technical triangulation which is source triangulation and technical triangulation. The result of this study is: 1. The process of administering the merlin skills of using two methods of demonstration and experimental methods with a view to improving confidence 2. A hindrance that occurs during the process of building confidence through the skills of the make-up that is the different characteristics of each child in one skill class, a problem with communication.
